The Supplementary Estimates on which the Ordinance is based are also forwarded herewith.

The object of this Enactment is simply to give authority for certain items of Expenditure not included in the Estimates Ordinance, and I have only to remark on it that the entire Expenditure for 1859 will still be about £9000 below the sum granted by the Appropriation Ordinance for the service of the year.
